I decided to throw this blog up as a place to ramble on…I don’t expect there to be many (if any!) readers but I like to write and maybe somebody will find something useful in all this. 

About Me - I’m J.J., and I’m a Gator.  I write music, record music, do a bit of post-production audio engineering, write some tutorials to answer questions I get over and over.  I spend a lot of time helping others understand how to get good recordings out of great entry software like Sonoma’s RiffWorks.

I’m exploring a lot of avenues these days.  How to write songs so they are better than “really good” and get over the hump to commercial viability.  How to make some spare scratch through a small business over the internet.  How to manage a global alliance between a large company and a behemoth company.  How to spend lots of time with 1 wife and 3 kids.  How to not go broke in the process.  Stuff like that.
